Seeking information on a Samuel GIRARD b about 1816 in Rome, Oneida Co., NY parents Samuel GIRARD and Margaret PERRY. Samuel married an Esther Mae Davis. They had 18 children and both died in Wisconsin. Any help greatly appreciated. Willing to share information,
