I am looking to obtain a record of a legal name change that occurred in approximately 1910. The last name was changed from Dombrowski to Bronson and the person was living in North Tonawanda at the time. Would the records be filed with the City of North Tonawanda or the with the county in Lockport?

Any advise and information is greatly appreciated.
