I am looking for any connection between the Pittelkow Family and the Kuehmstedt Family.
On the Ship's Manifest for Martin Kühmstedt, he is listed as joining his uncle, Frank (?) Pittelkow in Brooklyn, NY in November 1905. I am not sure if the manifest says Frank or not (gif file attached, Martin is the 2nd person listed), but I am certain the last name is Pittelkow.
Martin's sister Dora immigrated in October 1910, and her Kühmstedt was anglicized to Koehmstedt...Martin's brother Curt Kühmstedt also immigrated in 1910, and the last name was anglicized to Kuehmstedt.
