My family has been searching for the parents of our ancestor, Elizabeth Knapp, for as long as I can remember. We recently found information through ancestry.com that she was born in Amsterdam, Montgomery, New York in Nov 1804. Can anyone give me a hint or clue as to where I can turn next for information?
