I have a Rufus Morrison B. 1807, NY who I believe to be from Penfield on the 1840 census. He married Angelina Burlingain/Burlingame/Burlingham? about 1831. They had atleast 5 children. He moved his family to Salem, Washtenaw, Michigan sometime before 1845. Rufus died in Salem in 1848. There is also a Johnathan Morrison nearby Samuel on the 1840 census which I suspect could be another son.
