Does anyone have experience with Monroe Co. Surrogate Court minutes? Do they exist and are they able to be researched? What about retrieving Probate packets? My great-grandfather's estate was assigned to a woman who was not a family member. This woman took money that could have helped his near destitute daughter-in-law and her 8 children. Want to find out how this woman was able to get ahold of the estate. Found a trail of Court Proceedings in the Rochester Daily Record. Any help on using these records appreciated. Phyllis
