Hey Melissa - Per the Guide to Madison County Cemeteries (2nd Ed), this cemetery is most commonly known as North Brookfield Cem (also Sand Hill and Sweet). Driving west out of the hamlet of North Brookfield on Main St (County Rt 78) to NYS Rt 12. Turn right (north) on Rt 12). The cemetery is 0.2 miles north, on your left. Alternately you could cross over Rt 12 and take the first right which is Sweet Road. The cemetery is listed as still active. Using GoogleEarth or GPS, the coordinates are: Lat 42°51'17.81"N, Long 75°24'17.17"W.
