Yes, that is the right William H. Armstrong, but his (second) wife's name was Anna (likely Rosanna) McMahon. I do see her in the 1880 census living in Jersey City, Hudson, NY with her parents and siblings. I haven't pursued her family (beyond her parents and siblings) because my direct line is with William's first wife Mary Cullen who died 8 months after the birth of my grandfather Frederick. But there again, there is a New Jersey connection. It makes me wonder how he met Anna and where. I often wondered if he met her while visiting family or something. I suspect that they met and/or were married some time around 1887.
