On Germangenealogygroup and Itiliangen websites, my ancestor, Nora Lee, death certificate is incorrectly listed as #11209, Kings Co., 11 Nov 1880. I ordered the certificate listed on GGG as well as the index for what I believe is the correct certificate number. Sure enought #11209 belongs to another person. The card I received for the index is totally unreadable and am hoping someone can do a look-up for the correct D/C. The correct info is:

Deceased: Norah LEE
Date of death: 15 May 1880
Husband: Daniel LEE

I have submitted a correction request to Italiangen website for certificate #11209. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
