Need help. Can not locate a relative in 1910 and 1920 census but have him in the 1930 census. There is a possibility that he was at the same address, His name was Joseph M Flattery (wife Bridget, daughters Winifred and Mary)....171 East 32nd Street, Kings, Brooklyn. Does anyone know how what District this address belonged to in 1920, it appears to be a different 'District' (815) in 1930 census. If I can find the 'District' I can browse the census.
