The lack of image accessibility when there are supposed to be images available has been a recurrent topic of conversation on the Family Search forum. I'm not sure what the latest is on that glitch but it's apparently still unresolved.

If you are using IE8, you might give it a try with Firefox or another browser of choice.

BTW, I believe you are referencing the "New York, Kings County Estate Files, 1866-1923" database? If so, you might consider amending your OP to more accurately reflect the database in question.
