WW I draft registration images have long been available on Ancestry.com to those with an active subscription. If you haven't yet tried it, there's a 14 day free trial available and you can view/download to your heart's content from their entire US collection database during that period. Just remember to cancel (telephonically is required I believe...and don't wait till a weekend to do it) before the 14 day period ends.
