My great great grandmother was born in New York around 1839. Her name was Francis Broadwell. She had an older brother William. In 1850, they were apparently already orphaned and living with Paulina Danforth in Fort Covington, New York. In 1860, she was living with Paulina Danforth's son, George Danforth, and his family. Does anyone have any idea who Francis and William Broadwell's parents were?
