David Gibson (b. abt. 1774 in Hillsborough, NH), his wife Jane McAllister and their nine sons settled in Bangor, Franklin County, NY about 1833. David and Jane remained there untill their deaths sometime after 1850. Their son John (b. abt. 1799 in Francestown, NH), remains a question mark. He could be the John in Constable, Franklin County, NY in the 1830 Census or the John in 1840 living in Chateaugay, Franklin County, NY. I don't know. Does anyone on the list have information on this Gibson family?
