I would like a look-up for a SMITH family, please. In 1930, they lived at 34 Gallatin Avenue in Buffalo.

The father was Littleton Smith, a Presbyterian clergyman, born about
1890. What church did he pastor?

His wife’s name was Jessie Ruth Hastings Smith, born 1892, in
Allegheny City now Pittsburgh, PA. (My grandmother’s cousin)

Their children’s names were Littleton H. (b. 1915 d. 1982 in
Buffalo), Jessie J (b. 1919), Charles (b. 1921), and Eva (b.1928).

All I have is from the SSDI. I don’t think my father knew about this
family and his mother (Jessie Hastings’ cousin) died in 1922.

I do not know when the parents died.

Littleton H. Smith, the son, died in July 1982 in Buffalo.


The following is what I found for Charles. I know that he was born in 1921 from finding him in the 1930 census but I don’t know his birth month so don’t know which of the following is him.

I have no idea about the girls since they may have married.

I would love to find any information concerning this family. An
obituary would be a great help. I would like to find out about any
living descendants, also.
