I found his father Henry Sr on the 1820 Census in Seneca, Ontario, New York. This could be where Henry Jr was born. Henry Sr married Sarah "Sally" Hansford 4 Feb 1818 in Canandaigua, Ont, NY.

Henry Sr was born in Charlestown, NH May 7, 1794 and I found his birth record. He is mentioned in the History of Canandaigua, Ontario, NY. Henry Sr's father William Jeudevine moved there from New Hampshire and he was born 17 Jan 1765 in Lancaster, MA……and was the son of William Jeudevine (born about 1736) who married Patience Grout 29 Jun 1759 in Lunenberg, MA

I would like to find the exact origin of the line but although the Lunenberg, MA records show the birth of Patience Grout and her whole family they don't show the birth of her husband William Jeudevine (born about 1736) I can't find proof about his origin. However, interestingly there was a Cornelius Jeudevine who married twice in Boston first to Mary White about 1732, then to Jane Rogers about 1734. And there was a marriage of a Jane Jeudevine to Ephraim Doane around the same time as when William Jeudevine married Patience Grout. This makes me wonder if Cornelius was their father. And of course William Jeudevine and Patience Grout named their 4th son Cornelius (b 1776) and he ended up in Vermont…. and the descendants spell the name Judevine.
