I also realized that Mary White was the widow of Peregrine White. However, I was assuming that it was the same Cornelius Judevine who married both Mary White and later Jane Rogers. Are you sure they are not the same? I believe there is a birth record showing that Cornelius Judevine and Jane Rogers had a daughter named Jane and I assumed that she is the Jane Judevine who married Ephraim Doane in 1853. This marriage date is near the marriage date of William Judevine to Patience Grout so I assumed they were of the same generation… siblings.

By the way, Roy, there are some other records for a Cornelius Judevine earlier in Kent, England and I have a theory that he would have been a Huguenot as they were prevalent in Kent. I don't have the record to hand now but you can search this on Ancestry. I will get back to you if I find it again.
