mcduff... ordinarily I'd get a death certificate but not if I had no proof she was related. Also I would not pay $37.00 [last I found out it costs]. to Social Security. Back in the day when it cost $7.00 I did get quite a few. With the new identity theft laws in, it is not as easy to get these documents without proof you are their next of kin.
