I appreciate the replies concerning finding information about the Town-Township of Rockland in 1790-1810. Catherine RALL herself, in the Federal Census which asked were individuals had been born, identified her birthplace as Delaware County, NY, so that seems 'solid' information.

Forgetting 'Rockland' for the moment, can anyone tell me how to find the death/burial of Catherine's father, John RALL, in 1799-1800 in Delaware County, NY? Catherine is my gr gr grandmother, and I would like to solve this puzzle for my children & grandchildren. Thank you for your help. Patricia
