I'm hopeing someone in Cortland Area wouldn't mind looking up an article in a Cortland Paper about the Reunion of the 76th Inf. which took place Oct. 4th 1886. The Cortland County Historical Society has the Cortland standard on Micro Film for the dates Oct. 7-14 so there may be something in the paper. That is the only paper with dates close enough to the event that is on Micro Film. I had a 2nd great greandfather and two 3rd great grandfathers who were in that regiment.
