Are wills for the period 1880 to 1920 online for Columbia?

I am looking for the wills of three of my ancestors. Seth Milton Winn who died in Ghent in 1889 and William Hogeboom who died between 1910 and 1920n Austerlitz. There should be much important genealogical info contained therein. Are those wills online or where would I write to obtain a copy? Would obituaries for that period be online? It is so much more convenient online as some states have much red tape to obtain such documents for genealogical research.
