Does anyone have information on the John Franklin or George Franklin families who are listed in the Canaan, Columbia County census for 1800.

I am searching for descendants of Ebenezer Franklin and Elizabeth Cole, who moved from the Swansea, MA./Warren, R.I. area after 1774 and settled in Hancock, Berkshire Co., MA. where they appear in the census of 1790. I believe descendants moved west into N.Y.before 1800.
