I am looking for information on Albert (B:about 1854) and Sophie (B:about 1872) Szukala, who lived in Dunkirk, NY. They had 6 kids; Mike who married Antoinette, Catherine who married Michael Dloniak, Mary who married B. Hasinski, Louis who married Helen, Walter a bachelor, and Peter who married Sophie. In 1920, they lived on a street called Ocelot. Thanks for your help.

I am looking for any infromation on Martin Dloniak. I know he was in dunkirk NY in June, 1896 when his son Ladislaus was born. I have a copy of the batism certificate date June 7, 1896. His wife was Catharine Nickel. Any information about the family or when they came to this country would be greatly appreciated. I do know that his son married Grace sometime before 1926 and changed his name to walter davis in 1940 in Jackson, MI

My grandparents were Peter & Sophie of Dunkirk, both are passed away, 1979, 1980 they had 8 children, Peter Jr. , Irene, Robert, Henry, Doloras, Ester, Shirley, and Alice. Ester died in 1999? of breast cancer, all others are still living.
My father is Henry, he has 3 boys, Greg who lives in Eire PA, Paul who lives in Fredonia NY, and Steve who lives in Mililani Hawaii.

Emma; Teckla 1890-1983 who is my grandmother and m. Joseph Yashinski 1905; John J. 1893-1936; Barbara Grace 1894; Walter 1896; Stephan 1898 m Mary; Bessie 1899 m. ?Sachel. This was 2nd marriage for Martin. Reportedly m. older sister of Kathleen in Poland. Came to American, older sister died on voyage to America. Two da. b. to that union were Josie 1870-1950 m. ?Wysynski and a Francine b. abt. 1873. This is all heresay from my mother who passed away 2001.
