LILY DALE - Alfred M. ''Ozzie'' Osborne, 84, of 8 Cleveland Ave., died Friday (Nov. 22, 2002). He was born Jan. 10, 1918, in Conneaut, Ohio, the son of Harry and Veda Osborne. A retired glazier, he was a member of Local 482 of Erie, where he served as president for several years. He was a member of the Erie County Beagle Club and a charter member of the 1st Spiritualist Church of Erie. He devoted much of his time to the study and practice of healing and was a certified healer. A lover of the outdoors, he loved hunting, snowmobiling, boating and working with horses. He loved traveling and was particularly interested in exploring areas of the country rich in Native American culture. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kitty; five daughters: Joanne Nadasi of Phoenix, Stasha Boltz of Liberty Lake, Wash., Sherry Bainbridge of Cheektowaga, Linda Smith of Conneaut and Shelia Medved of Girard, Pa.; a son, Ricky Osborne of Grand Valley, Pa.; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Clara Bidel of San Diego; and two brothers: Mason Osborne of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Fred Osborne of Fredericksburg, Md. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Harry and Otis. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Larson-Timko Funeral Home. Interment will be in Erie County Memorial Cemetery in Erie. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
