It is not really, about 30 miles as the crow flies, but it is in the same county and they could have moved there with a married child in their later years...I see they are in Dayton in 1880, it sure looks like them in the Allegany Cemetery but you would have to do a bit more research on those other names to know for sure if there is a connection, John and Mary are common names, after all. I see they are not listed on Find a Grave as being in the Markham Cemetery but often they miss some records and stones...
