My great grandfather William James
Monroe was born in
Cattaraugus Co. 1867, son of Henry
Monroe and Nettie Thomas, I believe that Henry's father was named
Archie, he was born in
Scotland. William James
Monroe, along with his mother Nettie left Henry
Monroe about 1871, and never returned. I am searching for any information .
