No, I never considered Lucy Gondiosa. Never even seen a marriage record for her till you mentioned it in your reply. Now it has me thinking. Anthony did have a son Bartholomew, maybe he was named after Bartholomew Gondiosa, Lucy's father. Would make sense now. I don't know where the name came from before. Plus if Lucy De Stefano was born in Virginia, the Lucy living with Anthony in the 1920-1940 censuses can't be her after all cause they said she was born in New York. Not to mention I couldn't find a Lucy De Stefano in New York on any of the censuses leading up the marriage. I'm seriously considering Lucy Gondiosa. Can you find her & Anthony's detailed marriage record like the one you included for the other Anthony Calabrese & Lucy DeStefano?
Also, would you be able to get me the obituary for one of Anthony & Lucy's sons, John? He died on Long Island on 5 June 1992. It should give his mother's maiden name. I just need confirmation & can't find his birth record online. If it helps, he was born 2 Jan 1918, at least that's what it says on his tombstone. I don't live in MY & can't get it myself. Working with what I can find online. I'm the meantime, I'll see what else I can find about Lucy Gondiosa. Thanks for bringing her to my attention. Gondiosa is an unusual surname. Hope to find out what it means.
