RJ,
I have a cousin, John F. Flahive (1905-1973) buried at St. Raymond's...
The office closes at noon on Saturday and is not open on Sunday's.During the week the office is open from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Also, there are apparently two cemeteries...Old and New. Old is at 1201 Balcom Ave. and New is at 2600 Lafayette Ave. at East 177th St., Bronx, NY
I found a map online last year at:

I tried to lookup the section etc. of your ancestor, but without the section name I could not. Did the women at the cemetery give it to you? I.E. my cousin is buried in the St. Joseph section, row 17, grave 28 near the gate on the Randell Ave. side.
Hope this helps you,
Ro
