I'm looking for any information on my husbands lineage. His father; Paul F. MARQUEZ was born in Navajo, New Mexico but I believe the majority of his 7 brothers and sisters were born in Gallup, McKinley Co.,NM which is where a number of them still reside today. My father-in-law was the eldest child born to Jerry & Josephine RODRIGUEZ MARQUEZ in April of 1933. Following him (in birth order) were:

Jerry MARQUEZ m. Mazie MCCLURE
Raymond MARQUEZ m. Antonia "Toni" ___?
Refugia "Cookie" MARQUEZ m. Arturo GRIJALVA
Peter Leon MARQUEZ m. Vivian LOZA
Mary Ann MARQUEZ m. Richard CARPENTER
Josephine MARQUEZ m. Alphonso ROMERO
Antoinette Rose MARQUEZ "Pinkie" m. Greg VALTIERRA

Paul's father Jerry was the son of Leon & Refugia MARQUEZ both originally from Zacatecas, Mexico and he had 3 brothers and 1 sister:

Antonio, Modesto, Lawrence, & Carmen. Jerry died in the early 1960s due to black lung disease developed from working in the coal mines of New Mexico. In the 1980's Josephine remarried to Alberto GRIJALVA and she then died in the early 1990s. Josephine was the daughter of Pablo and Ramona VELARDE RODRIGUEZ and she was one of 6 children who are/were:

Manuel RODRIGUEZ m.
Pablo Jr. RODRIGUEZ m.
Rita RODRIGUEZ m. _____? CHAVEZ
Dolores RODRIGUEZ m. Pedro MARTINEZ
Ralph RODRIGUEZ m. Dora ___?

These were all born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and I believe may still be in that area but I'm not certain.
