hello,this may sound strange to you but recently i found out i was adopted. my biological fathers name was John J. McGirl. he was on the ship called the Wasp and was injured,i believe it was his right leg,the knee was left stif and he was on medical dis. when he died in Nov. 1986. i know very little of him .he was born on 30july1926 in buffalo,new york i am not computer litterate and having a great deal of trouble scerching this out can you help me or at least share some ideas .thank you diane
