thank you so much for the information on j.j.mcgirl. i am at a lost at how to keep looking for information like this...i went to my local veterans center and was refused any info because i was adopted when i was young. any other sites you are aware of would be wonderful....i was able to get his s.s. number and wrote to them....diane
