Thought I posted this before, but couldn't find posting so...

Anyone have any idea where Old Mansfield Cemetery would be? I have seen info that it is near Washington (I know this probably is a given). Is it still there?

To provide some kind of timeframe, I have seen a George Warne d. 1789 and also an Elizabeth Warne d.1849 that are buried there.

I am interested in the Potts family that may be there: Joseph Potts d. 1837 and others.

You are apparently refering to the Mansfield Woodhouse Presbyterian Church Cemetery located on Cemetery Hill Road on the south side of Washington Boro. An online transcription of the cemetery lists George Warne and Elizabeth Warne but there is no one named Potts on the list. Do a search on the full name and you will find the listing. I am pretty sure the cemetery is still there but I don't know in what condition.

Here is a picture of part of the Mansfield Cemetery taken in April 2007. The guardrail is next to Cemetery Road. They gravestones beyond the guardrail are in Washington Cemetery, which is the newer one.

The cemetery is behind the DQ on the southbound side of Rt. 31, about a mile south of Rt.57 and Rt.31, Washington, Warren Co., NJ. I used to live next to it.
