George Charles and Emma Moger left England for New York - final destination apparently Boston - in 1896. However,by 1899 they had returned to the UK. I know this because he registered his father, George's, death. It is possible that his sisters Charlotte and Mary Ann also emigrated as I have found no trace of them in BMDs or census. I'd really like to hear from anybody who knows anything about this family - and particularly if there is any way of finding out if George and Emma ever reached Boston and is so why they stayed for such a short time.
