Consideration L80 gold and silver for a lot of ground in UPN.

Beginning at a stake in line of Elihu Pedrick and Aquilla Jone's line.

Then S52 and 1/2*W , bounding on same 9 chains and 50 links to a corner.

Then by same S 51and 1/2*E 19 chains and 60 links to a stake.

Then N 52*6' 2 chains 75 links to a stake.

Then N 37*W 19 chains to the beginning. Containing 9 and 1/2 acres and 10 perches of land and swamp more or less.
