I went to school with Dee Frick.I believe she lived on Henry street or in that area. Her father was the butcher in the meat market.There wasn't much for us to do in those days. Ice and roller skating and movies were a big thing. All of the kids enjoyed going to "Canteen"at the Y building on Throckmorten st.Mr Gike was our chaperone. It was every Friday night.
