My husband great grandfather was William Remson Hyer b. July 26, 1878 by his WW II papers. William married Mary Elizabeth OSTRANDER daughter of Charles William OSTRANDER and Sarah Arose. Thats as far as I have got. Nobody seems to know who this William parents are. I have gotten a little farther on Charles and Sarah roots but not much.

William and Elizebeth had Clarence Winnerton Hyer b. 19 Nov 1908 d. 16 Jan 1975 he married Jeanne Victoria CLEREC.
