I don't really need to know a number. Here is what I have. I have my great great grandfather John Armstrong (born about 1836 in Ireland) in South Amboy in 1860. In 1870, he has moved up to Woodbridge. But in 1870 I see a Thomas Armstrong (born about 1827 in Ireland,) living in South Amboy. Just wondering if the population was low enough for it to be a safe bet they are related?
