I'd like to know if the John Franklin who is the son of John Franklin (died in Gloucester Co. about 1775) could be the same John Franklin who shows up in Nicholas Co., KY about 1790. KY John Franklin has a daughter, Hannah/Anna who says (in the census) that she was born in NJ about 1787.
