In Essex County, looking for four PHILIPPI sisters and a brother who immigrated around 1885 from Alsace to NYC then to Newark in around 1895. The sisters were Carrie/Caroline m. Jacob/Jacques EHLINGER; [First Name Unknown] m. KOENIG; Filomena m. Fred MARX; Katherine m. Alfred FRANK; Anna m. Albert COMTE. The brother, Sepp, probably never married. All of the sisters had children. Katherine died in 1936 in Belford at the Jersey shore and was probably the last of these siblings.
