I have been looking for information on my birth mother. Have accomplished about all of it. The only thing that is missing is where and when she was married. The state of NJ wants to know the city and the date. If I knew that I would not need to try and find out from them. Know from looking at information that her mother in law lived in Cumberland Co. when the 1930 census was done. She married Stanley C. Jaggers. They had their first child in 1939. Her maiden name was Mary Ellen Crowe. She was born in West Virginia. If anyone has any suggestions about how to get information it would be greatly appreciated.
