I found a marriage record at Amcestry.com for Joseph Major and Ella May Mingin.. Joseph Major’s. parents were Michael Major and Mary Misner. Ella May Mingin was the daughter of Edward Mingin and Lillie Gibbs. I could not find Joseph Major in Burlington County prior to this marriage.

In the 1930 census Joseph and Ella had a son Joseph but not a son Michael.

I could not find Joseph Donegan in any other census record for Burlington County.

If you can go to the New Jersey Archives in Trenton they should have birth and marriage records that will help you.
