I too would like to see the Robert Bishop Bible. I descend from Quaker NJ Robert Bishop b. 11/21/1732 s/o Robert Bishop b. 1691/m 1727 Mary Hall. I have a letter from my gg grandfather (John Bishop II/Rebecca Field Biddle) s/o John Bishop 1778/Ann Black stating that he can't trace his family any further than Robert Bishop/Jane Haines. I also have a paper from my grandfather William Bishop/Edith Gettz s/o William Bishop/Martha Holloway that indicates this family may be descended from Nathaniel Bishop who owned Custom House in Boston 1774 and that this family may have come from Devonshire England. I have not made any progress connecting this information.
