I have a piece of Allendale's History that may be of much sentimental value to the Allendale Family. I have obtained an inventory board from a thrift store some time ago and just ran across this discussion board to make it known so that it may be restored to its rightful place. I did some research on the board and found that it was salvaged from the Allendale General Store the year it was burned in 1903.
This is information that was written on the board; Ms. Williams Bollingre To John H. Ackerman Successor to R.V. Ackerman Dealer in groceries, flour, feed, coal, Ect.
This is a very interesting piece of Allendale's history.
