I am taking the liberty to write to you as I am becoming
desperate. I have been searching constantly for my Great-
grandfather Abner Kiplinger.(other spellings possible) He
was born in 1832 and died in Muncie, IN Delaware Co. around
1900. He and his wife Rebecca (Lewis)had two children George Willard and Henry W. George and his wife Emma Dora are my Grandparents. Most of my related Kilingers lived in Muncie or Delaware Co. Many of them were born in Rockingham Co. VA. or Cross Keyes VA. Any help would be appreciated as I am 83 years of age.
