I am looking for the spouse, parents and siblings of Moses W. Morrill, born abt 1793 in New Hampsire. His daughter, Cerusia Jane Morrill married a Ziba Woodworth Burgin in abut 1849 in Vermont.

I know that Moses was in Rutland Co., Vermont in 1850 census, then in 1860 he is living with his daughter and son-in-law in Winnebago Co., ILL.
