Are there any online newspapers for the Concord area?
Hoping to clear up confusing information.....
Looking for an obituary for my gr-grandmother, Sarah (Boynton) Brady Quimby
and her 2nd husband, George Quimby.
They are both buried in Weare Center Cemetery, NH.

Sarah was born in Weare, NH 17 SEP 1887 and died in Concord, NH 27 MAY 1957.
At the time of death, she was a resident of Chichester (where my mother was also born).
Her parents were Abbie (Trow) & Paige/Page Boynton.

Sarah was married to Charles H. Brady (1879-1927) in 1908 in Dunbarton,NH.
I have only found one child, my grandfather Charles A. Brady b. 1920.

Sarah married 2nd, George Henry Quimby 16 Nov 1927 • Weare, New Hampshire.
George was born in Canada according to the marriage record.
George died in 1945. It appears he may have died at the NH state hospital.
His marriage record lists John Quimby and Mary Hall as parents, while the death record lists John Quimby & Rebecca Hoyt as parents.
The death record information came from hospital records on file, the birthdate on the death record is 3 Sept 1866 which does not match the year on their marriage records.

There's confusion on his birth year/age, his parents and where he's born, but then that's genealogy.

He's listed as divorced, age 53 in 1927 when he marries my gr-grandmother in 1927 which puts his birth year about 1873.

I believe George's first wife was Lydia Wing, if you go by Rebecca & John Quimby as parents. The problem, the marriage record lists his birthplace as Colebrook, NH., not Quebec, Canada as the marriage record to Sarah (Boynton),
his birth year is the same for both marriage records, 1873/4.

Sarah was one of at least 5 children her father had with his 3 wives.
