I am trying to find out where I can find a birth record for Florence Belle McDonald, she was born 3 Nov 1896 in Nevada countyy unknown. She is the daughter of Donald "Dan" Angus McDonald, mother unknown. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There were no birth or death records kept in Nevada until 1887 when the first vital statistics law was passed by the Nevada State Legislature. Prior to that date, the only possible sources available for proof of birth are newspapers or baptismal records.

Without knowledge of the town or county and the abundance of McDonald names in Nevada it probably will be very hard.
