I did a Google search for him in Washoe County but he didn't "pop" up.

There is no one way to find out if he's a resident that I know of.

You can look for him at www.whitepages.com but if he doesn't have a land line you won't find him listed.

The Washoe County Library System, www.washoecountylibrary.us/ might have more ideas. Ask them or look for on the Internet a Washoe County Nevada County Directory or a Reno City Directory. I don't know how they get updated now but if you're looking for people a couple of decades ago they're helpful. Successful Searching!
