Looking for any QUILICI in the Winnemucca area in the early 1900s (1900 - 1910). At least two brothers came there from Lucca, Italy in the late 1890s/early 1900s. Any information is appreciated.

There are some quilici names in neighboring Pershing Co. Some are buried at Lone Mountain Cemetery near Lovelock. Go to www.interment.net and find Pershing county cemeteries.

Hi! I grew up in Winnemucca. My best friends grandfather was Enrico Quilici. He came to the U.S. from Italy. He married Rose Cerini. They have both passed away. I do not know if he had a brother or not. Hope this helps.

there was a large immigration of the Quilici families from Lammari Lucca It. between 1898 and 1920. I have dirrect links to two or three that came pre 1900 to Nevada.

Luigi Quilici son of Lorenzo and Maddalana Ballantini born about 1850, signed his father death certificate.

Dominico Quilici born 25 Oct 1852 son to Lorenzo and Maddalana Ballantini married in 1879 in Lunata Lu. IT. to a Fontana family she was born 25 Oct. 1854

Annunziata Quilici that married Alessio Galli from Saltocchio in 1880. she was born about 1850 from this line I am related

I have found records of a Lorenzo Quilici married to a Gori line from Lammari but can not substanciate it.

Giovanni Lorenzo Quilici died in March 12 1882 son to Francesco Quilici....


I am presently working on my line from Lammari, but there are about 30-40 Quilici families that lived in Lammari around 1880.

The records for the area start with Cappanori Lucca becoming part of Tuscany (Toscana) in 1850 and started microfilm in 1866. Death records can pick up the generation before with potential of pre- 1800.

Lucca was rulled by the Duchess of Lucca untill her death in 1849.... There ar NO records before that...
