I am trying to track down descendants, or at least a few clues about two sisters who married in Washington Co.

Ada (Adalaide) Ellis, of Bell Creek, b. 1855 in NY married on Sept. 17, 1874 Orin Elliot, b. 1850 in PA. Son of Isaac Elliot and Olie Billings. Witnesses were Mary Ellis and Ellaner Ellis (might be Morey Ellis and Eleanor Ellis, who are Ada's parents).

Alice Ellis, of Sheridan Twp., b. 1860 in NY married on June 16, 1878 Charles Arnold, b. 1853 in NY, son of Leander L. Arnold and Caroline. Married in Admah. Witnesses: Jennie Arnold, Mrs. H. C. Cook. In 1880 Alice and Charles lived in Sheridan township next door to L.L. Arnold and one door down from Morey and Eleanor Ellis, Alice's parents.

I don't know their whereabouts after 1880. Especially hoping that more clues about the two daughters will lead to more info on their parents. Morey C. Ellis died in 1898 and is buried in Tekamah, Burt Co.
